01 Fully Depleted Runes

What does it mean to have a fully depleted rune? If both runes of the same type are on cool down then the rune is fully depleted and you’re locked out of any ability needing that rune.

You’ll have to wait for one of the runes to finish it’s cool down or convert it to a Death Rune before you can use any ability needing that rune again.
